Return Policy

At Vital Shrooms, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags, and original packaging.

To request a return, email us at hello@vitalshrooms.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without authorization won’t be accepted.

Damages or Issues with Your Order

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. Once we receive and approve your return, you can proceed with your new purchase.


Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
